Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations
You can request order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase, provided the package has not yet been processed or handed over to our shipping partner, Delhivery. Once an item is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.2. Returns & Replacements (3 Days)

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our registered office, we will notify you via email/SMS of the approval or rejection of your return.If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited automatically back to your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with standard Razorpay and banking timelines.
