Welcome to Reshami Pallu. This website is owned and operated by the Proprietor, Mrinalini Singh. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Reshami Pallu. By visiting our site or buying sarees from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
2. Products & Pricing
All prices of our premium sarees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of local taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our hand-crafted sarees as accurately as possible; however, minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely via our integrated gateway,
Razorpay. By submitting checkout orders, you agree to supply current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are handled exclusively by
Delhivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery at your provided address. Timeline estimates are subject to carrier terms (see our Shipping Policy for details).
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in
Bengaluru, Karnataka.
